Please be advised that the next Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on
Sunday 9th February 2014
at the Williamstown Mechanics Institute
Cnr Melbourne Road and Electra Street
(please enter from the double gates on Electra Street)
at 5.15pm for a 5.30pm start.

At the Annual General Meeting all positions on the committee become vacant and are available for nomination.

The positions available are:

    • President
    • Vice President
    • Treasurer
    • Secretary
    • General Committee (up to 10 positions are available)

All positions are for a one year term.

You must be a current financial member/life member of the Company and at least seventeen years of age to stand for a position on the committee.

You must be a current financial member/life member of the Company and at least sixteen years of age to nominate or second a nomination.

Only financial members/life members who are at least sixteen years of age are entitled to a vote at the Annual General Meeting.

You can renew your membership with Williamstown Musical Theatre Company Inc for 2014 now by clicking here.

If you cannot attend the Annual General Meeting and would like to vote on any issue that may arise, you can vote by proxy.

Committee nomination forms and proxy voting forms are included with this mailing.

Nomination forms and proxy voting forms should be received by the Secretary NO LATER than Sunday 2nd February 2014.
