Please be advised that the next Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on
Sunday 30th April 2017
at the Williamstown Mechanics Institute
Cnr Melbourne Road and Electra Street
(please enter from the double gates on Electra Street)
at 5.00pm for a 5.30pm start.

At the Annual General Meeting all positions on the committee become vacant and are available for nomination.
The positions available are:
- Vice President
- General Committee (up to 10 positions are available)
All positions are for a one year term. The committee of management meets up to 12 times a year (once a month). Committee Meeting dates are decided each year by the newly elected committee. Further information on the committee of management roles and responsibilities can be found here.
You must be a current financial member/life member of the Company and at least seventeen years of age to stand for a position on the committee.
You must be a current financial member/life member of the Company and at least sixteen years of age to nominate or second a nomination.
Only financial members/life members who are at least sixteen years of age are entitled to a vote at the Annual General Meeting.

If you cannot attend the Annual General Meeting you may appoint a proxy to vote on your behalf. Proxy Nomination Form.
Nomination forms and proxy voting forms should be received by the Secretary NO LATER than Sunday 23rd April 2017.
