Dear 2020 Ticket Holders,
We are contacting you as one of our valued patrons to update you with regards to the changes recently announced to the WMTC Season 2020 and how this affects you.
In summary, these changes are as follows:
- Postponement of our May production of Mamma Mia! to November 2020
- Cancellation of Once On This Island Jr, August 2020
- Postponement of our November production of Sweeney Todd to May 2021
We will be conducting these changes in 3 stages as follows:

Status: Completed Friday 27 March, refunds should hit patrons accounts within 24 to 48 hours.
Due to the cancellation of our Junior Production for 2020 and the postponement of our final production to our 2021 Season, all tickets for our planned productions of Once On This Island Jr and Sweeney Todd will be refunded to the credit card used to purchase the tickets.
If you have tickets to these productions, no further action will be required by you.

- surrender your booking to the company as a donation,
please simply reply to your updated booking confirmation email from Monday 30th March onwards or alternatively email us here.
We will endeavour to accommodate any requests following the completion of STAGE 2 – this is to ensure patrons are allocated like-for-like ticket bookings initially before allowing further changes and requests.
We ask for your patience during this time while we work through requests to organise any changes or refunds.
As a community group of volunteers, our resources are stretched so please only call our ticket box office on 1300 881 545 if absolutely necessary or if you have not received your new booking confirmation by Sunday 5th April 2020.
As you are well aware, this is a difficult time worldwide, as we are all coping with unprecedented challenges. The health and financial impacts of this event will be significant for many people and organisations. WMTC is no exception and we ask for your continued support through this difficult time. The best way you can help us is to support our Mamma Mia! season in November.
We look forward to seeing you again in the foyer!
Kind regards,
Williamstown Musical Theatre Company
